Jewelry Donation for a Good Cause

Pizza Klatch is hosting "A Slice of the Good Life" a Pizza Klatch Gayla in Olympia on Sept. 6, 2014. Donations of all sorts of items are being gathered up. I am donating 8 pairs of earrings to go into 8 baskets. The 8 baskets will be made up of a variety of fun things that people will then bid on. The donated funds will go to buying, what else...Pizza, to feed high schoolers at noon who meet together and are support for each other. High schoolers can be rough; kids get picked on; and this gathering of kids around food, Pizza, gives them a group to identify with, to be supported, and to support others. This activity has gone on for several years and each year more kids join and it expands to more schools. What a great idea!
